Tim, Thanks for clarifying! We share the same understanding: There has been no "dialog" between the AAFP group and "us". John may desire a dialog with the AAFP group - but as we all know, any dialog requires two willing parties. :-) Typically, there are good reasons why one or both parties do not wish to have a "dialog".
