We (GnuMed) have never said that and never will if I have any
say in this. We don't even go so far as saying that "our" SQL
schema (note, how I don't say data model) covers "all" cases.

As of October 2002 Care2x worked against MySQL (3.22.34). The
then valid schema was non-satisfactory IMHO, technically.
Nevertheless it seems to work.
