Fred,

First, Very good job!! I think Tkfp could help test it, as we are collecting the needed billing info.
now for the X12 837 with another scheme we did in Tcl, so it would be a matter of giving it an XML-RPC interface using your API so we could plug the data into FreeB.

I get this message when I try to run ./formatbin/x12.pl:

Can't locate ConfigFile.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/share/freeb/lib /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/share/freeb/lib/FreeB/FB.pm line 32.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/share/freeb/lib/FreeB/FB.pm line 32.
Compilation failed in require at ./formatbin/x12.pl line 4.

I have the lib directory that came with freeb installed in /usr/share/freeb/lib but I see no
file named ConfigFile.pm Is that some other PERL module dependency outside
FreeB itself or ?

As Tim just pointed out, I have just released the first functional
version of FreeB. It works, it may not work well, cleanly or
efficiently, but it does work.

It supports HCFA 1500 paper forms and the current X12 837p electronic
format. It supports moving HCFA files all the way to pdf files... that
will work on any ink or laser jet printer, attached to any computer with
a pdf viewer.
