Immediately following this "Related work" section you wrote:

"Distinguishing features of the system
The system proposed in this paper differs from those mentioned above in a
number of important ways."

Again, your list of "Distinguishing features" have been refuted,
point-by-point, back in March 2003:

It appears that your paper first mis-characterized SDSS and then
presented your proposed design as different from SDSS, using these
so-called "Distinguishing features".
