In January 2003, Tim Churches said he did it in 1 hour following these
steps and he got a nice M command prompt after he was done:

Definitely not web-enabled yet.

I'll be very interested to know if you find better install documentation
for VistA than these (especially describing steps after reaching the M
command prompt).
