One likely reason for computing that data is because income is generated 
(via billing) from the recording of certain specific codes/concepts in the 
note.  Those dependent on that income may well wish (those working for 
them) to have a very specific way to record that strongly encourages that 
use of that externally developed and defined code/concept/archetype.
