What is needed is a solution that will avoid repetition of this
situation....there is no guarantee that an individual or company fulfill
that commitment in the long term.

In fairness, and I should qualify this by saying that my ties to Minoru
ended over two years ago and I have no business dealings with Minoru, Minoru
should be sent a clearly worded public letter, posted on the list requesting
that they rectify the situation and report back to the community within X
number of days. If Brian doesn't respond then a "neutral" solution should be
sought with the particpation of the list membership.

Sourceforge provides Mailman as a mailing list server...the challenge will
be getting an account since this is not a "project". I have a currently
inactive account on Sourceforge that was set up for the Canadian federal
gov't study of open source in Canada (it is under the name canfloss). I will
gladly make that available and reliquish control over it to whomever
volunteers as a list administrator if it makes sense and is a practical
solution.

If the list is moved it will need to be renamed as "openhealth" is a Minoru
trademark.
