Of course it does. Outsourcing is a tool used almost exlusively by large 
corporations. Large corporations cannot survive without foul tricks like 
market distortion, monopolies, legislative influence (lobbying) AND: 
"intellectual property". This is so because their administrative overhead is 
so unproportionally more expensive as compared to small business that they 
need such manipiulated environment to thrive.

Defeat this IP nonsense, and you defeat the large corporations, and you will 
once again make small business - especially in IT !!! - viable. Every line of 
FOSS code you write and release is a step towards freedom and prosperity for 
*individuals*.
