It may be that not knowing what question to ask is a problem? Finding the information can't be much easier. Several books and over 200 HOWTOs http://www.zope.org/Documentation/ Then check the mailing lists archives and the Zope Exits for many many examples. For Plone the same thing exists, not the same quantity of course. http://plone.org/documentation/ I concede that there maybe concepts and methods that you don't see anywhere else. You might have to learn something new if you really really want to get into the bowels of Zope......but you don't have to do that to use Plone. When you first start a Zope server there are instructions on how to run the tutorial. This is very helpful in learning your way around the ZMI. I don't think documentation is a weak point. There is a steep learning curve that does require a certain commitment......but IMO...it's well worth the time and effort.
