I am not, but it does raise some interesting problems of design to provide 
consistent pseudonymity in the records - if one wants to follow the Anderson 
Principles or anything near to them in restraining the spread of patient 
identified information.

(Not criticism, more like interest - both elements - trcking and protecting 
patients - are important and the design of ways to do that properly should be 
interesting.)
