Subject: FOIA access to source phrasing

I'd be obliged if anyone could share the text of descriptions of what is
required in terms of source code for a FOIA request in order to get a
useful disclosure.

The UK FOIA is effective from 1 Jan next year.

Open Source is a necessary but not of itself sufficient condition.
