Perhaps I wasn't clear enough now that I consider it.
RightFax gives you the option to print the fax or save it. Unfortunately the save is of each individual page (1 page 1 file, 6 pages 6 files). I want to get them all into one file.
What I am thinking is to set up what looks to RightFax a print server that actually takes the print input and creates a single file of all the pages. The server would then message the user where the file can be found. We have an application here that allows us to attach files to the records. To have to attach 6 or 10 or 25 individual files for one fax is not workable. A PDF probably would be optimal.
Can you convert them to .pdf...?
