I cannot attend.  But if I could ....

    3 hour-and-a-half panels each day
        for broad stroke, lay of the land presentation/discussions
       people sitting on the panel able to easily agree-to-disagree
          from time to time, i.e. present one's viewpoint knowing
          others may differ and not get bent out of shape
       carefully led to avoid dropping into micro-discussion

    interspersed with some large demos and lots of
          smaller floor demos (get hands dirty, talk to
          developers, see it work, etc.)

    networking time, picking lice time

    and, off to the side, some micro-discussions for
       those that need to take advantage of the meeting
       to really push and shove in the details/dirt
       but which the rest of the world could cheerfully
       ignore

... if I could come the lay-of-the-land and the demos would
be key
