GT.M V5.2-000 is a major new release that adds support for Unicode version 5.0.0 on UNIX/Linux platforms. Although Unicode is not supported on Alpha/AXP OpenVMS, the release does include fixes to several bugs. The announcement (http://www.sanchez-gtm.com/news/news_012307.htm), release notes (http://www.sanchez-gtm.com/user_documentation/targets/GTM_V5.2-000_Release_Notes.html) and a technical bulletin describing the new Unicode support (http://www.sanchez-gtm.com/documentation/targets/V5.2-000_Unicode_Technical_Bulletin) are all on the GT.M web site.
You can download software at the GT.M project page at Source Forge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm). Effective V5.2-000, GT.M on the x86 platform requires a 686 (Pentium Pro or better) CPU. As a precaution against errors in transmission, checksums for the files are included in the announcement (http://www.sanchez-gtm.com/news/news_012307.htm). Remember to use binary FTP when downloading software. Please move up to GT.M V5.2-000 at your convenience. Regards -- Bhaskar
