Christian, I would do an overview of the the available interoperability standards (HL7 V2.x, V3, CDA, etc.) and outline their proliferation in healthcare systems around the world. I will also look for speakers for terminology and other standards used. Klaus

Could you tell us more about which standards/ speakers you propose? (If I may wish something, then it would be that you focus on HL7 CDA instead of the RIM3 framework. In my eyes CDA is of more practical value for data exchange.) I have created a first version of the conference timetable: http://oshca. <http://oshca.org/conference/conf2007/timetable> org/conference/conf2007/timetable To All: This is just some *wild* ideas and proposals of mine, which have to be sorted out yet. I'd be very happy to see at least some of the projects/ applications mentioned to present at the conference. > I do think we need a short session on terminology, as this has the main > focus now. I have added one session on Terminologies to the timetable. It should, in my opinion, give just a brief overview of well-known ones. However, this will rather not be a scientific conference and we do not have to share the current main focus of the scientific world ... Thanks, Christian [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
