The idea is to separate hpi_shell into its own package separate from the 
OpenHPI package and rewrite it in python using PyOpenHPI.
This has a few advantages:

1. Size - Doing this will make both OpenHPI and hpi_shell smaller. 
hpi_shell will be shorter in terms of LOC. OpenHPI won't have to carry the 
hpi_ui library that hpi_shell uses in addition to hpi_shell itself.
2. Maintenance - Writing hpi_shell in python will make it much more 
mantainable.
