Simply, don't use oh_get_default_domain_id(). It's not needed to set the
event domain id anymore, since this gets set in the infrastructure now.
The other change was for the plugins to put events directly in the
infrastructure queue. That means that plugins don't need to have their own
eventq anymore. This is a shortcut to speed up event bubbling during the
discovery process. When a plugin creates an event, it uses
oh_evt_queue_push(infra_queue, event) instead. infra_queue is passed in
the plugin's open call.
