PPC:
There are linux distributions out there that ship python for PPC, Debian
and Gentoo being two of them.
MIPS:
Debian and Gentoo, also, are two of the distributions that provide python
for MIPS. Python will compile in the MIPS environment. However for
cross-compilation to MIPS, there are many tips in the python mailing list
to achieve this.
ARM:
There is information on the Internet for building Python for ARM. But let
me refer you to the OpenEmbedded project (http://openembedded.org) and
http://www.vanille-media.de/site/index.php/projects/python-for-arm-linux/.
