Before OpenHPI 2.10, the sysfs plugin could not build with libsysfs >=
2.0 because of an incompatibility. Since OpenHPI 2.10, it can. So, if
2.10 is what you are using, then feel free to remove this requirement
from the spec file. I will make a note and remove it for release 2.10.1.
