No ones is working on this right now, so go right ahead.

The idea for this one is to:
1) make the clients use uniform options. For example, if two or three 
clients are using -d to perform discovery (saHpiDiscover()), then make all 
other clients doing the same use the same option letter.
2) help text and argument syntax format displayed when -h is used as an 
option (i.e. usage information). Some don't display the right argument 
syntax format (or at all), others show incorrect options or not all of the 
options according to the client code. Take a look at hpiel for an example 
of how the usage information should look like.
3) add long options to the clients. For example, -h and --help. Both 
should be accepted and mean the same thing. The hpiel client is a good 
example on how to implement long options.
