I'd like to propose that we create a development release (2.13.2) in
early January. Here are my reasons:
* It will be my first attempt at a release. I would rather that
it be a development rather than stable release.
* Peter has indicated he will still be available for questions.
* I anticipate some new oa_soap plug-in content next week
(#2420921).
The tentative schedule would be to create the release Monday, Jan 12,
2009. We would allow for 1 week of testing as has been done in the
past, and would finalize the release on Jan 19.
Beyond 2.13.2, I would be working toward a stable release of 2.14.0 in
the Feb/Mar timeframe.
