Hello,

I have been using another HPI implementation and have started looking at
OpenHPI because of the oa_soap plugin for managing HP c-Class enclosures. After
looking at www.openhpi.org<http://www.openhpi.org/> I have had trouble getting
a good overview of what features are supported in the different releases of
OpenHPI regarding management of the c-Class enclosures. I am especially
interested in the differences between OpenHPI version 2.12.0 and the newest
stable release (e.g. 2.14.1), as 2.12.0 is what is included in the Linux
distribution we are using, and if it supports the features I need, I can wait
with integrating the newest stable release.

I am especially interested in getting alarms from the DAT in case of any
conditions that need to be acted upon. After linking my software with OpenHPI I
can see some sensors and have received Hotswap events, but haven't found any
alarms. Is there somewhere I can see what is supported in the two different
releases? Do I need to use the newer release or can I stick with 2.12.0 for now?

Regards,
Michael Hempel-Jørgensen
