The latest stable release (2.14.1) was about a year ago.
The latest development release (2.15.0) was about a half of year ago.
I think we have collected enough bug fixes and new features at least for
next development release.
Propose to make development 2.15.1 release at November-December 2010 and
make
following stable 2.16.0 release at January-February 2011.
