Fixes for issues #2, #6, #7 have been added in trunk (rev. #7361).
Could you check it?
For issue #5 I created separate bug ticket #3416584.
Mohan, could you set right group for it?
Strange, my FreeBSD-8.2 copy had had no issues with compilation.
