You have two choices:

1) Run the OpenHPI daemon on an ATCA processor blade or server, configure the 
OpenHPI daemon to connect to the shared IP address for the shelf managers, and 
configure your OpenHPI client applications to connect to the IP address for the 
OpenHPI daemon. The OpenHPI daemon will interact with the shelf managers using 
RMCP/SNMP, and the OpenHPI client applications will interact with the OpenHPI 
daemon using RPCs. No configuration of the shelf managers is required.

2) Install the IntegralHPI version of the shelf manager firmware on the ATCA 
shelf managers, and configure your OpenHPI client applications to connect to 
the IP address of the shelf managers. The OpenHPI client applications will 
interact with the shelf managers using RPCs.

(active/standby redundancy) and others for computing. How to configure openhpi 
in this situation on top of IPMI?
