I've copied this approach where the --with-systemdsystemunitdir option
both enables using systemd and sets the value from some other projects.
The problem with the default value is that for Fedora < 17 (versions 15
and 16 are still supported) it's /lib/systemd/system and for Fedora >=
17 (to be released in early May) it's /usr/lib/systemd/system (it
relates to the UsrMove feature [1]). The correct value is usually passed
via %{_unitdir} macro in the spec file. But I'm open to discussion here.
