The unix-specific details for hpi_shell:
1) cmdparser.c: includes ioctl.h and uses TIOCGWINSZ ioctl
2) inputcmd.c: includes termios.h and uses tcgetattr/tcsetattr.
3) session.c: uses Pthread to create event fetching thread.
4) also these three files include unistd.h and uses unix
open/close/read/write/sleep functions.
1) and 2) are main challenges.
3) and 4) are rather easy to resolve.
