Let's discuss next OpenHPI release.
Currently we have about 20 bugfixes and some new features.
The new features are mainly for C#/Java/Python baselibs and Test Agent
plug-in.
There is now new features in the OpenHPI core and other plug-ins.
So stable release seems to make sense.
Suggest to make stable 3.2.0 in the middle of July.
What say?
