Hi,
I have a test case where I will have to switch off/on the PDU(switch) connected
to PEM and observe the events received.
PDU switch off:
Entity_Presence: SensorEventCategoty=126, SensorEventState=2,
Assert=true, Resource(PEM), Sensor=(163,PEM_A_In_2_Fused)
PDU switch on:
Entity_Presence: SensorEventCategoty=126, SensorEventState=1,
Assert=true, Resource(PEM), Sensor=(163,PEM_A_In_2_Fused)
But in my Shelf Manager, I have the event states for PEM as
sensor # 163 : State: 0x01: "Entity Absent"
sensor # 163 : State: 0x00: "Entity Present"
My question is does Openhpid adds +1 to all the event states that it receives
from Shelf Manager.
Also in both cases Assert value will be true, what is the significance of this
Assert value in sensor alarms?
