We need this to be a supported release,
not a development release.
One major enhancement that we are targeting to our next release here is the openhpi.conf encryption. We have had multiple customers demand this, which is why we got it into the openhpi development roadmap. We have a feature targeted to our next release which would put the need for a new openhpi release supporting the openhpi.conf encryption by mid-November at the latest.

We had new features like optional encryption of conf files.This release happens entirely from the new sourceforge platform. Most bugs in this release were created using the new platform. They have only new bug numbers. Considering the above and the need to create a new release, suggest we make a release from the trunk. We could plan for this release in late October or November. What do you think? What release number do we want to give for this release?
