I now can do it as easy as:

udevstart
modprobe ib_mthca
modprobe ib_umad

opensm&

killall opensm

sleep 4

modprobe -r ib_umad
modprobe -r ib_mthca

error in dmesg:
slab error in kmem_cache_destroy(): cache `ib_mad': Can't free all objects

can anyone preorduce this?
