I would be happy to submit patches, but I am not sure that would be the best way to do this. I think kdapl (dat-provider) should have less .c files, that all the functionality of a given subsystem (ia, ep, ep, etc.) should all be in one .c file instead of lots of little files. There are ones with only one function in them.
