file. The CM seems separate from what's contained here, since it's not
expected that anyone will write another CM.
My interpretation of the document is that all IB verbs implementations
will adhere to these rules, so the multiple verbs vs. single cm
distinction wasn't as great in my mind.
If you combine the descriptions, ULP writers only need to read one
piece of documentation to understand these synchronization issues.
I can understand why you would want to keep all of the CM
documentation separate. That makes a lot of sense.
