FYI - I decided to incorporate most of the changes into a larger change set.
I'm working on fixing anything that touches into the MAD code (SA, CM,
SMI, etc.). My plan is to defer changes to mthca for a subsequent patch,
and decide on ipoib and spd later.
So far I think I've found one actual bug.
