In monolotic builds, configure checks are just a hassle.
So, any chance of this patch being accepted? I really want an option to first configure all libraries, then build them all. configure checks break this, but they aren't really needed in a monolitic build, so an option to disable ib library checks makes sense IMO. I dont think there are other ways to do this, are there?
