Can anyone tell me are there any specific I/O controller for the connection between the TCA and SCSI devices or any I/O controller will work between the TCA and SCSI devices

See various IB vendors for their offerings which include attachment to various I/O device types.  Their web pages contain plenty of appropriate information.
