This is since the trunk is used in various environments, currently most
of them are not "all-to-all MPI doing path query" and the SA replica is
not mature/tested enough to prove that any SM/SA can live more or less
happily with it.
Does it makes sense to you? can it be added with high priority?
I've added the ability to disable the cache. The CMA will issue a path record
query if an item is not found in the cache.
To disable the cache, the module should be loaded with "cache_timeout=0".
