Having them packaged in the same release makes life easier for those that want to install and use openib. I have put together just 2 RPMs (one kernel-mode) and (one user-mode) for my internal customers and they still seem to have problems getting things installed and I have to spend time helping them along. Having various components separated into independent releases makes it a lot harder for people to know what version works with what, and I am sure they will get a mismatch and then call me to help them debug it when it does not work. woody _______________________________________________ openib-general mailing list [email protected] http://openib.org/mailman/listinfo/openib-general To unsubscribe, please visit http://openib.org/mailman/listinfo/openib-general
