People really should be testing *that*.

Well, one could argue that libsdp only uses two SDP-specific socket options so
it'll be easy to keep it working against whatever eventually makes it upstream.

But if people object, I'm fine with this approach: in my mind, stability
and backward compatibility take precedence over features.
