I can fix the conflict with no problem.
But now that I think about it, without ipoib_flush_wq_1.patch, there's
no way for work on that workqueue to bring the device back up. So I
don't think applying ipoib_flush_wq_2.patch makes sense without the
previous patch -- in fact, they really shouldn't be separate patches,
since #2 is just fixing a problem introduced by #1.
