I'll try the MSI disabling, perhaps that might work. Sadly I don't have an option to down-rev the BIOS (this version is needed for IPMI 2.0 testing) and Tyan appears to not have the same problem (IBGD seems to work for them). I was just hoping that someone else has seen the issues as well.
