I think the patch is good.
I ran dapltest/regress.sh over the chelsio iwarp device using this new
patch instead of my original patch, and things seem as stable as they
were before (i'm fighting some intermittent connection setup failures
that I think are in cxgb3 provider, not dapl).
James, can you go ahead and commit this patch?
