OFED just announced today of their existence and now plans to have a release on May 1 ? only 2 weeks away, after appearently working behind closed doors for sometime. There was no discussion on the openib-general list of what should and should not be included. This is not the way that open source projects are suppose to work. And a May 1 release date does not give the wider community much time to test it with their software or products and feedback changes. Seems like a rather closed process to me. woody _______________________________________________ openib-general mailing list [email protected] http://openib.org/mailman/listinfo/openib-general To unsubscribe, please visit http://openib.org/mailman/listinfo/openib-general
