Are you sure the GID matches one of the port's GIDs? You could add a
couple of printks to ib_find_cached_gid() to print the GID it's
searching for and each of the GIDs it checks against, and see if it
looks sane.

It's in kernel 2.6.16, so that's a good stable version.
