But on the latter set, aren't there already UDP interfaces that
supply that supply the required controls?
There's no easy way to do this from userspace. I'm suggesting that this
functionality be exposed through the rdma_cm, rather than exposing the kernel
APIs through a separate kernel modules and libraries.
