The end-users should probably decide that. These changes use the local_sa, which has not been queued to be merged upstream yet.
(since the branch rdma_cm kernel module will be in the field -- and it will not support the get/set transport-specific options),
A user should simply get ENOSYS if they try to use those calls on an older kernel. All other calls should work fine.
