The install script does not correctly handle the case where the iser patches
have already been applied on a system. This either needs to be fixed in the
install script or the uninstall script needs to remove the patches when it
uninstalls, because I cannot use the install script to install iSER on a system
where I tested rc3. It tries to install the patch and fails out when it finds
'patch' failing. 'patch' is failing saying "these patches are already
installed!"
