Roland, maybe this means we need scsi/srp.h in svn for now?
svn is supposed to work on 2.6.16 ...

This is already fixed in upstream kernels. I'm not sure what OFED has to do to
pick up the fix, since <scsi/srp.h> is not maintained as part of the openib svn.
