Yes. The lock sequences are right to me.
What I found that the ah is always available the IPoIB neigh, I can modify this patch like that in ipoib_send:
if (unlikely(*to_ipoib_neigh(skb->dst->neighbour)))
kref_get();
in ipoib completion:
if (unlikely(*to_ipoib_neigh(skb->dst->neighbour)))
kref_put();
