In libsysfs-2.0 and later the sysfs_read_attribute_value() function no longer
exists, so compilation of librdmacm fails. The attached patch makes librdmacm
use the open_attribute/read_attribute/close_attribute method supported in both
1.x and 2.x versions of the library.
